Francis Gallagher is a writer, editor, and producer based in Los Angeles, currently serving as the VP of Events and Digital Marketing for Public School Records, LLC. His work spans music videos, advertisements, and digital campaigns for LA-based brands and musicians, accumulating over 100,000 views. He has directed and animated experimental short films, and brings extensive commercial studio experience from Igloo Music.

He has a strong background in live music promotion and digital strategy, co-producing independent concerts for emerging artists through Abracadabra and developing brand positioning and B2B campaigns in the creative start-up space.

Gallagher graduated from Oberlin College & Conservatory in 2026 with degrees in Cinema & Media and Sociology. While there, he worked in Oberlin's Clonick and TIMARA recording studios, served as a Media Associate for the Cinema & Media department, and was an active member of the Modern Music Guild (MMG).

He continues to work under Prof. David Gutherz, directing the development of Oberlin Arts Digital (OAD), a student-curated digital archive and showcase designed to provide a high-fidelity, permanent platform for Oberlin student artwork, bridging the gap between classroom creation and global professional exposure. It will also be the new home for the historically significant OCL (Oberlin College Library) audio archive, hosting speeches by Martin Luther King Jr., Eduardo Mondlane, and other historical speakers who have spoken at the college.
